I am pursuing a combined, fast-track certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
What you'll do:
• Map the current findings from the initial assessment across all three standards to create one integrated action plan
• Coach the team through implementation, internal audits and corrective actions, and stay available until we clear the final external certification audit for each standard

I am pursuing a combined, fast-track certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
My priority is speed—everything has to move forward ASAP—so I’m looking for a consultant who can:
• Map the current findings from the initial assessment across all three standards to create one integrated action plan
• Draft or refine required policies, procedures, risk registers and control matrices, using plain language that works for daily operations
• Coach the team through implementation, internal audits and corrective actions, and stay available until we clear the final external certification audit for each standard
Deliverables will be accepted once the documentation set is complete, internal audits are signed off and the organisation is demonstrably ready for the certification body’s visit. If you have proven experience in multi-standard roll-outs and can start immediately, let’s move forward.
