I have an existing Excel sheet that already contains all the reference information you’ll need—the task is simply to move through it and populate the empty cells with the correct text values. Nothing needs to be fetched from documents, databases, or surveys; every piece of source content is right there in the spreadsheet.
Accuracy and consistency are critical, so I’ll be checking that every required field is filled, spelling is intact, and the original format is preserved. If you know your way around Excel shortcuts, data validation, and quick-but-careful copy-paste techniques, this should be straightforward work.
The updated spreadsheet with 100 % of specified text fields completed and saved in the same file format.
Once I receive the finished file and verify that all cells match the instructions, the job is done.
Notice that each group of rows pertains to a particular facility .... there is a Facility Name, address, and city state line. All you must do is copy each of these items and add them to the end of each row. The excel workbook attached has six tabs. Look at the 2021 tab. You will see that the task has been done for the first two facilities on the sheet. You need to make all six spreadsheets in all six tabs 2021-2026 look just like these examples. DO NOT USE AI or any automatic process. YOU MUST DO THIS BY HAND. I expect this will take about 60 minutes.
