What you'll do:
• Checking property ownership information
• Verifying whether ownership details are current
• Researching updated contact information for new owners
• Updating and organising database records accurately
• Maintaining clean and consistent data formatting
• This is an ongoing project with a large amount of data to process. Over time, I would ideally like someone who could also assist with training additional team members as the project grows.
• The cleaned data is then integrated into our AI calling systems here in New Zealand.

Property Owner Database Cleanup & Research
We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help clean, verify, and update a large property owner database.
This role involves online research, database management, and accurate data entry. Initially, I will personally train you on the systems and workflow we use.
Your responsibilities will include:
Checking property ownership information
Verifying whether ownership details are current
Researching updated contact information for new owners

Maintaining clean and consistent data formatting
