You will receive a concise product brief, sample pricing sheets, and supporting visuals before each meeting. Drawing on that material, you’ll structure a short pitch that highlights the unique qualities, cost advantages, and supply reliability of our offerings. Most buyers expect data on shelf-life, seasonal volume, and logistics options; make sure you can discuss those details confidently.
After every visit, send me a brief recap noting attendee names, key questions, and next-step commitments so I can track pipeline progress and arrange follow-ups.
