I need a precise architectural layout drawn in AutoCAD for a commercial building, focusing exclusively on the office spaces. The goal is to translate my sketches and notes into a clean, properly layered DWG that is ready for coordination with structural, MEP, and interior teams.
What you'll do:
• My hand-drawn floor plan with dimensions and room labels
• A brief outlining required wall types, door sizes, and furniture blocks
• Deliverables I expect back:
• A fully annotated DWG (Model & Paper Space set up)
• A plotted PDF at 1:100 for quick review
• All external references bound and a separate layer list
• Please follow standard architectural conventions for lineweights, hatching, and layer naming so the file slots straight into our broader construction package. If anything is unclear in my source material, flag it early and we’ll resolve it before you progress too far.
• I’m ready to award as soon as I see a relevant AutoCAD sample of office work you’ve completed.
