I need to transfer my design from PNG to Adobe Illustrator (.AI) to print and edit the files in the future.
Requirements:
• Format: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), compatibility CC 2019 or higher
• Save a copy in PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 for submission to the print shop
• All fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines (Outline / Create Outlines)
• Color space: CMYK (not RGB, not Lab)
• Color profile: ISO Coated v2 (ECI) or the profile specified by the print shop
• Black text and thin lines: 100% K only (0/0/0/100) — no composite black
• Rich black backgrounds (large black): no more than 300% Total Area Coverage (TAC)
• Avoid Pantone / Spot colors unless agreed upon with the print shop

I need to transfer my design from PNG to Adobe Illustrator (.AI) to print and edit the files in the future.
I have the example design files (PNG) for each item described below.
1. Front Window sticker “PARTNER RESTAURANT” - CIRCLE 12 inch
2. Table stand 5 inch x 7 inch
3. Cash desk (same design as the table stand, item 2.) 8.5 inch x 11 inch
4. Round sticker (decal) for delivery package 2 inch x 2 inch
5. Food Sospeso Lage Wall Poster 24” x 36”
Tech Requirements
File Format
Format: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), compatibility CC 2019 or higher
Save a copy in PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 for submission to the print shop
All fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines (Outline / Create Outlines)
Color Mode
Color space: CMYK (not RGB, not Lab)
Color profile: ISO Coated v2 (ECI) or the profile specified by the print shop

Dimensions and Margins
Final size (trim size) must be specified precisely in the document
Bleeds: minimum 3 mm on all sides (5 mm for large formats)
Safe zone / Live area: at least 5 mm inward from the trim line
Crop marks are required when exporting to PDF
Resolution and Images
Raster images: minimum 300 dpi at final print size
For newspaper printing: minimum 150–200 dpi
Image color mode: CMYK, not RGB
Preferred image formats: TIFF (uncompressed) or EPS; avoid heavily compressed JPEG
All images must be embedded in the file (not linked), or supplied as separate files

White or light text on a dark background: at least 8 pt to prevent ink fill-in
Lines and Strokes
Minimum line weight: 0.25 pt (0.088 mm) — anything thinner may not reproduce in print
All strokes must be expanded (converted to objects) or have an explicitly defined weight
Do not use 0 pt or hairline strokes
Transparency and Effects
Transparency (Opacity), drop shadows, and blur effects — apply Flatten Transparency before export, or confirm the print shop supports live transparency (PDF/X-4)
Blending modes (Multiply, Overlay, etc.) — must be agreed upon with the print shop in advance
