We need an agency that can own two core functions for my growing business: consistent lead generation and full-scale customer service.
On the sales side, your team will research, identify, and qualify new prospects, feeding me a steady pipeline of warm leads that fit the criteria we define together. I expect clear metrics—volume, conversion potential, and brief notes on each contact—delivered in an organized format I can act on quickly.
For support, you will be the first line of contact for my customers across phone, email, and live chat. Fast, friendly replies that resolve questions on the first touch are essential. You’ll track every interaction in my existing CRM so I maintain full visibility and can jump in whenever an issue needs escalation.
To make sure we stay aligned, please outline:
• Your lead gen process and the tools you rely on (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Average response times you maintain on each service channel.
• How you measure customer satisfaction (CSAT, NPS, or equivalent).
• Team structure and the time zone coverage you can guarantee.
