I need a complete Android-based ecosystem that brings clean, fitness-oriented meals from kitchen to doorstep. The project is split into three tightly connected components:
What you'll do:
• Android build (Kotlin or Java) with smooth sign-up/login
• Real-time order tracking so users can follow their meals from preparation to delivery
• A section where shoppers create and save custom meal plans—macros, calories, and preferred ingredients stored in profile for one-tap reorders
• Lightweight Android client focused on the rider’s day-to-day workflow
• Role-based user management for customers, couriers, and staff
• End-to-end order management: create, edit, reassign, cancel, refund
• Visual analytics and reporting dashboards showing order volume, popular meals, delivery times, and rider performance
• Build instructions and environment file templates

1. Customer app
• Android build (Kotlin or Java) with smooth sign-up/login
• Real-time order tracking so users can follow their meals from preparation to delivery
• A section where shoppers create and save custom meal plans—macros, calories, and preferred ingredients stored in profile for one-tap reorders
2. Delivery-partner app
• Lightweight Android client focused on the rider’s day-to-day workflow
• Live queue of assigned orders plus a searchable order history to help with support queries and payouts
• I may integrate turn-by-turn navigation later, so keep the codebase modular for that addition
3. Web-based admin panel
• Role-based user management for customers, couriers, and staff
• End-to-end order management: create, edit, reassign, cancel, refund
• Visual analytics and reporting dashboards showing order volume, popular meals, delivery times, and rider performance
Back-end expectations
RESTful API (Node.js, Firebase, or similar) that cleanly separates business logic from UI, supports push notifications, and scales as the menu grows. Database design must cater for nutritional data and custom plans without locking us into rigid schemas.
Release package
• Source code for all three modules, fully documented
• Build instructions and environment file templates
• A short video or live walkthrough proving each key flow works on standard Android 12 hardware and modern browsers
Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end demo: place order in customer app, see it in admin, mark it delivered in rider app, and watch status update back to customer
• Meal-plan creator persists data across sessions and syncs to server
• Dashboards render correctly with at least three mock reports
With clear structure, clean code, and modular design, the suite should be easy to extend to iOS or add new fitness features in future versions.
