Location: Remote
We’re looking for an experienced eBay specialist to help grow our brand and manage our eBay store professionally. we have almost 24 products.
What you'll do:
• Creating and optimizing high-converting eBay listings
• SEO keyword research for titles and descriptions
• Managing and scaling eBay PPC/promoted listings campaigns
• Customer service and responding to buyer messages
• Handling order issues, returns, and feedback management
• Monitoring store performance and improving sales growth
• Competitor and market research
• Inventory and listing management
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing successful eBay stores
• Strong understanding of eBay SEO and ranking strategies
• Experience with eBay Promoted Listings/PPC campaigns
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in customer support and account management
• Ability to work independently and suggest growth strategies
Nice to have:
• Experience in supplements, wellness, or health products
• Knowledge of branding and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with tools like InkFrog, Zik Analytics, Terapeak, etc.
• Examples of eBay stores you’ve managed
• Results achieved (sales growth, ROAS, PPC performance, etc.)
