We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Architect (Lead) to drive end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. The role involves providing technical leadership, establishing governance, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure complex Appian implementations are scalable, secure, and high-performing.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Architect (Lead) to drive end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. The role involves providing technical leadership, establishing governance, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure complex Appian implementations are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
The Senior Appian Architect will define and oversee solution architecture, lead enterprise-scale Appian implementations, and design integration architectures using REST, SOAP, and JDBC. This role also includes establishing development standards, driving architecture reviews, optimizing performance, guiding deployment strategies, mentoring architects and development teams, and supporting Agile sprint planning and technical estimations.
Candidates should have deep expertise in Appian architecture and BPM solutions, strong experience with integrations and data modeling, and a solid understanding of enterprise security, governance, and best practices. Experience in performance tuning, leading large delivery teams, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. The role is suited for professionals with 10–14 years of relevant experience.
This is a 3-month project, extendable up to 6 months, with Hyderabad as the preferred location, while Bangalore, Chennai, Trivandrum, Mumbai and Pune are also acceptable.
