Location: Remote
What you'll do:
• Shooting on-ground content, reels, interviews, and event coverage
• Interviewing founders, industry experts, exhibitors, visitors, and professionals
• Creating short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Editing videos with subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and storytelling elements
• Creating podcast-style edits, aftermovies, promotional videos, and social media content
• Using AI tools for content generation and faster production workflows
Requirements:
• Strong video shooting & editing skills
• Comfortable handling camera/mobile shoots independently
• Good communication and interviewing skills
• Understanding of social media trends and storytelling
• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, etc.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, HeyGen, Midjourney, Kling, Pika, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc. is preferred
Nice to have:
• 1–4 years of experience in content creation/video production
• Energetic, creative, and comfortable with frequent travel for shoots/events
• Ability to independently manage ideation → shoot → edit workflow
• Strong sense of aesthetics, pacing, and viral content formats
• Photography/Videography
