I’m looking for a seasoned bookkeeper who works comfortably in Tally and can take over the entire back-office accounting cycle for my business.
The work covers every routine task—entering and coding payables, posting receivables, reconciling multiple bank and card accounts, drafting monthly financial statements, and wrapping up the books at year-end for a clean “final accounting.” Accuracy and timeliness are essential; I rely on these numbers for cash-flow decisions.
Daily/weekly posting of all AP & AR transactions in Tally
End-of-month bank and credit-card reconciliations with supporting schedules
Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow Statement exported from Tally (PDF & Excel)

Deliverables
• Daily/weekly posting of all AP & AR transactions in Tally

• Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow Statement exported from Tally (PDF & Excel)
• Year-end close with adjusting entries and a summary hand-over note
I’ll provide remote access to the current Tally data file, source documents, and a short orientation on our chart of accounts. Please highlight your Tally experience, estimated turnaround times for each cycle, and any questions you need answered before we start.
