I’m assembling a research archive on 15-16 senior EU politicians and policy-makers from my own list. For every individual I need any publicly available material—articles, formal speeches, and/or social-media posts—gathered in both the original language and in English whenever a bilingual version exists.
A clearly structured spreadsheet (or Airtable if you prefer) that logs for each item: politician’s name, title of the piece, type (article / speech / post), original publication date, source link, and language.
Downloaded or screen-captured copies of the originals stored in an organised folder structure, with filenames that match the spreadsheet entries.
Where possible, provide working hyperlinks that allow me to verify every source quickly.
If you locate only a native-language version, note that explicitly; if an authorised English translation exists, include it alongside the original.
