I need a straightforward integration that will watch my Odoo database and, whenever a product is created or updated, push the fresh data to a Google Sheet. The sync has to catch both new and modified records so the sheet is always an up-to-date snapshot of my catalogue.
The sheet must include every core attribute I work with: Price, Description, Stock quantity, REFFRANCE number, HSN code and GST rate. In addition, several sub-attributes are critical for my industry—Car name, Car variant, Brand, plus two other similar fields that live in the same Odoo model—so they need to flow through as well.
Odoo’s standard API or XML-RPC is fine, as long as the solution is stable and easy for me to maintain. On the Google side, the result has to land in a single tab, each run overwriting or appending exactly the rows that changed so there are no duplicates.
I will consider the job complete when:
• Every attribute listed above appears correctly typed in the sheet.
• Adding or editing a product in Odoo is reflected in the sheet within a reasonable interval without manual intervention.
• The script, connector or add-on you build is delivered with clear setup instructions so I can redeploy it if needed.
