I’m building an internal company dashboard that combines clean reporting, granular user management and real-time data updates in a single, responsive web application. The core of the project is a full-stack build, but I also need the product to feel intelligent and connected from day one—so seamless email service integration and an embedded AI chat bot are both must-haves.

I’m building an internal company dashboard that combines clean reporting, granular user management and real-time data updates in a single, responsive web application. The core of the project is a full-stack build, but I also need the product to feel intelligent and connected from day one—so seamless email service integration and an embedded AI chat bot are both must-haves.
Scope and key features
• Reporting & analytics – interactive charts, exportable reports and drill-downs that refresh instantly when new data arrives.
• User management – role-based access, self-service profile editing and admin-level oversight.
• Real-time updates – WebSocket or equivalent push technology so team members never need to refresh.
• Integrations – send automated notifications through my existing email service (SendGrid/Mailgun compatible) and surface an AI chat bot inside the dashboard for quick answers and task assistance.
Tech guidance
I’m open to your preferred modern stack—React or Vue on the front end, Node, Python or comparable on the back, with a SQL or NoSQL database—so long as performance is solid and code is well documented. If you already have a proven pattern for embedding conversational AI (OpenAI, Dialogflow, etc.) mention it in your proposal.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional web app deployed to my cloud account (AWS, GCP or Azure).
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear README and setup instructions.
3. Basic test suite covering critical paths.
4. Short Loom or live walkthrough demonstrating the dashboard, email workflow and AI bot.
Acceptance criteria
• Dashboard loads in under two seconds on standard broadband.
• All selected features operate without errors across latest Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
• Integrations send emails and answer queries exactly as shown in the demo.
If you’ve built similar data-driven dashboards or AI-enhanced tools, include live links or screen shots so I can see your approach. I’ll review early prototypes quickly and give feedback fast so we can keep momentum.
