I’m putting together a focused, hands-on corporate training program that dives deep into HubSpot CMS / Content Hub for an already advanced team. The goal is to sharpen our developers’ expertise in three priority areas:
• Custom module development with HubL
• Advanced CRM integrations that tie front-end assets to contact, company, and deal records
• Fine-tuning and extending templates & themes for scalable brand governance
Over the course of the engagement I expect you to:
1. Design a curriculum that assumes solid prior knowledge of HubSpot CMS and web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
2. Lead live, interactive workshops or screen-share sessions where participants build and test real modules, work with HubDB, optimize SEO & performance, and touch on marketing automation essentials so the content they build can be fully leveraged by our marketing team.
3. Supply reusable code snippets, starter templates, and clear documentation that my developers can reference long after the training ends.
4. Provide practical guidance on migrating existing sites into HubSpot without downtime, and strategies for ongoing optimization inside the CMS.
5. Conclude with a capstone exercise—e.g., a mini-site or microsite build—that demonstrates mastery of the covered topics and can be reviewed together for feedback.
Deliverables will include the slide deck or notes, recorded sessions (if virtual), finished code samples, and a brief assessment of each participant’s progress.
