I have just launched an e-commerce website and I am looking for an experienced digital marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and others if relevant.
What you'll do:
• Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
• Focus on sales, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Test audiences, creatives, and ad strategies
• Optimize campaigns to improve performance and profitability
• Scale winning ads and reduce wasted spend
• Provide simple performance updates and recommendations
• Starting budget: €30 per week
• Budget and payment will increase based on results
Requirements:
• Proven experience with e-commerce advertising and conversion-focused campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms
• Ability to optimize for sales and ROAS, not just clicks
• Proactive, analytical, and results-driven
• This is a new e-commerce project with a small starting budget. However, if results are strong, this can become a long-term and higher-paying partnership.
