• Must know campaign setup, targeting, pixel, retargeting, WhatsApp ads, lead forms, and optimization
• Should be able to manage campaigns professionally
• Should be able to give proper strategy and guidance
• Only experienced people should apply

We need someone who has proper hands-on experience in Meta Ads and has worked for at least 8 to 10 years in digital advertising, lead generation, campaign setup, optimization, tracking, and performance-based ad management.
Our business requires quality leads and better conversion through Facebook and Instagram Ads. We will provide the required ad budget and basic business details. Your responsibility will be to properly set up, manage, optimize, and guide the complete Meta Ads process.

Requirements:

Payment Structure:
We will pay ₹2,000 fixed per month.
This ₹2,000 will cover ad spend up to ₹30,000 per month.
If monthly ad spend crosses ₹30,000, then we will pay additional charges based on the extra ad spend.
Example:
If ad spend is ₹30,000, payment will be ₹2,000 fixed.
If ad spend goes above ₹30,000, then additional payment will be discussed and paid according to the extra spending and performance.
Monthly Ad Budget:
Our monthly ad spending budget can go up to ₹5,00,000 depending on ad performance, lead quality, and conversion results.
If performance is good, we can increase the ad budget and continue long-term work.
Important:
We need someone who can properly handle everything related to Meta Ads. We will provide the ad budget and required business details. You need to set up and manage the campaigns properly and guide us whenever required.
