• Design every page, selecting typography, colour accents, and imagery so the narrative flows naturally from profile to portfolio.
• Low-resolution draft PDF for review
• Overall design follows the agreed creative direction; no stiff corporate or minimal styles.

Scope
• Refine and structure the copy for our timeline and each service line (raw notes supplied).
• Design every page, selecting typography, colour accents, and imagery so the narrative flows naturally from profile to portfolio.
• Curate representative project visuals to round out the portfolio section.
Format & Tools
A single, screen- and print-ready PDF is the final deliverable, with editable source files (InDesign, Illustrator, or similar) handed over for future updates.
Workflow
1. Receive brand assets, draft text, and project photos from me.
2. Share two creative mood concepts for sign-off.
3. Build an initial low-res layout for feedback.
4. Refine until approved, then export the high-res PDF.
Deliverables
• Low-resolution draft PDF for review
• Final high-resolution PDF (>15 MB, CMYK + bleed)
• Editable source file
Acceptance Criteria
– Company history and every service description are present, accurate, and engaging.
– Overall design follows the agreed creative direction; no stiff corporate or minimal styles.
– File passes pre-press checks and looks crisp on-screen.
Client testimonials aren’t needed right now, but leaving room for a quote or two later would be a plus.
