The project centres on building an interactive, WordPress-driven news portal that lets people share local stories much like they would on a social network. Visitors will register, choose their country and city, and then create purely text-based posts that other members can comment on, like, and share.
What you'll do:
• Responsive design optimised for mobile and desktop, with clean Gutenberg-ready blocks for future expansion
• Moderation tools (flagging, basic role management) baked into the admin area

Deliverables
1. A fully configured WordPress installation on my hosting, including required plugins and a lightweight, custom child theme.
2. Front-end templates for registration, profile editing, post feed, single post, and city filter pages.
3. Back-end settings panel where I can manage cities, moderate content, and tweak the Twitter plugin keys.
4. Clear deployment documentation and a short hand-off call or screen-share once everything is live.
All content will remain text-only for launch, but the codebase should be organised so image or video support could be added later without a full rebuild. Feel free to recommend proven plugins or microservices that keep performance high and maintenance low.
