Original

I’m looking for someone who has already rolled up their sleeves with RingCentral and knows the Salesforce ecosystem inside out. The immediate objective is to wire RingCentral seamlessly into our Salesforce org so that our sales and support teams can handle calls without ever leaving the CRM. At minimum, the finished work must allow users to place and receive calls from within Salesforce while every conversation, note, and disposition is stored accurately in the right record.

You’ll be working with a tech stack that includes VoIP, SIP, TCP/IP, the RingCentral REST APIs, JavaScript (React on the front end), and SQL on the back end. Familiarity with OAuth flows and Salesforce Lightning components will make the job smoother, and strong troubleshooting habits are essential; I need someone who can diagnose packet-level issues as confidently as they can spot a mis-configured Apex trigger.

Although today’s scope is Salesforce, we may later extend the integration to a custom CRM or internal messaging tools, so a flexible, modular approach is appreciated.

Deliverables
• A fully functional RingCentral ↔ Salesforce integration deployed in our sandbox, then promoted to production
• Clear setup documentation and commented code so my in-house admin can maintain it
• A short knowledge-transfer session covering key APIs, typical failure modes, and how to enable additional features such as click-to-dial, automatic call logging, or analytics when we decide to switch them on

I value clean, well-tested code, responsive communication, and a proactive attitude toward edge-case support. If that sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s talk.
