Minimal Certificate Verification Webpage
Краткое
Freelancer Client is hiring: Minimal Certificate Verification Webpage.
Location: Remote
I want a tiny, no-frills web page that mirrors the NPTEL certificate-verification flow. A QR code will point to this page, so the load time and visual clutter must be kept to a bare minimum.
Requirements:
• Design: strictly minimalistic and simple—white background, a single centered button labelled “Course Certificate,” and nothing else competing for attention.
• Behaviour: when that button is clicked the learner’s certificate should appear instantly, either as an inline image or rendered in a lightweight PDF viewer; I am comfortable with either format, so choose whichever lets you deliver the smoothest experience on mobile and desktop.
• HTML, vanilla CSS and a sprinkle of JavaScript are probably all that is needed, but feel free to propose a micro-framework if it really speeds development without bloating the output. The QR redirection itself can be handled outside this scope; I only need the target page and certificate display logic.
• 1. Clean, commented source files (HTML/CSS/JS).
• 2. Folder or URL structure ready to receive individual certificate files.
• 3. Brief README explaining how to swap certificates or point multiple QR codes to different files.
• Acceptance criteria
• Landing page loads in under one second on 4G.
Skills: JavaScript, Website Design, CSS, HTML, Web Development, Frontend Development, Web Application, Web Design
Budget: $600–$1500 USD

Technical notes
HTML, vanilla CSS and a sprinkle of JavaScript are probably all that is needed, but feel free to propose a micro-framework if it really speeds development without bloating the output. The QR redirection itself can be handled outside this scope; I only need the target page and certificate display logic.
Deliverables
1. Clean, commented source files (HTML/CSS/JS).
2. Folder or URL structure ready to receive individual certificate files.
3. Brief README explaining how to swap certificates or point multiple QR codes to different files.
Acceptance criteria
• Landing page loads in under one second on 4G.
• Button is perfectly centred on all common breakpoints.
• Certificate opens reliably in both Chrome and Safari on mobile and desktop.
Hand it off once it meets those points and we’re done.
