I need three clear, easy-to-follow task grids—one each for the ECCE Facilitator, the Head of Operations (K-12) and the HR Head (K-12) and Event Management. Each grid must spell out what happens on a daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly and yearly basis.

For the ECCE Facilitator the grid has to reflect curriculum planning, classroom management, parent communication, academic planning and compliance with NEP 2020. The Head of Operations grid should centre on facility management while leaving obvious space for connected responsibilities such as staff oversight and budget alignment so the document stays future-proof. The HR Head grid must map the usual life-cycle duties from recruitment through retention and appraisal, again across the same time bands.

Please build the grids in a format that allows quick updates—Google Sheets or Excel is fine—and structure each activity with a short description, owner column (where delegation may occur) and a simple status or KPI field.

One spreadsheet file containing three tabs (ECCE, Ops, HR), each tab divided into Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly sections.
