Freelancer Client is hiring: Scaffolding Sales & Support Call Handling.
Location: Remote
My phone rings every day with tradespeople and builders wanting scaffolding components or needing help with an order. I need you to answer every call, confidently guide the caller, and then move the conversation straight into Hirepos and BigPost so the sale is processed and the freight booked without any delay.
What you'll do:
• Clarify whether the caller is buying or needs support, then help either way.
• Capture three key pieces of information during every sales enquiry—customer contact details, the exact component types & quantities, and their preferred delivery window.
• Create the invoice inside Hirepos while you still have the customer engaged, double-checking pricing and stock levels.
• Book the shipment through BigPost, attach tracking to the Hirepos record, and let the customer know it’s on its way.
• Deliverables are simple: every legitimate call ends with a correctly raised Hirepos invoice, a BigPost consignment, and clear notes so I can see what was promised. Accuracy and a friendly, can-do phone manner are more important to me than speed, but both would be ideal.
