OFFICIAL CONTRACT CLAUSES & WORK SCOPE (STRICT $500 BUDGET / 7-DAY)

TOTAL FIXED BUDGET: $500 USD (Fixed Price - One-Time Payment Upon 100% Completion)
1. MANDATORY TIME & PENALTY CLAUSE
- Absolute Deadline: The entire project must be 100% completed, tested, and fully functional on the Employer's private server within exactly 7 days from contract acceptance.
- Delay Penalty: If the freelancer fails to deliver a fully operational system on the Employer's server by Day 7, the contract will be terminated immediately. A dispute will be filed on the platform for a 100% full refund.
- Progress Updates: Daily code commits and progress reports are mandatory.
2. SIMPLIFIED SCOPE OF WORK (FOOTBALL & ASIAN MARKET ONLY)
- Sports Restriction: Football (Soccer) ONLY. All other sports categories must be completely removed.
- Full-Stack Python Architecture: Complete responsive user front-end (Google Tech UI style based on hga050) and independent Admin Panel. Backend must be pure Python.
- Multi-Language Login Portal: Must include the gateway login page supporting 3-languages toggle at the top: Simplified Chinese (简体), Traditional Chinese (繁體), and English. Features must include user login fields, "Remember Me", and "Forgot Password".
- Asian Market Only: Support ONLY Asian Handicap (AH) lines and Over/Under (让球与大小盘) with real-time odds/water levels.
- Live Betting Risk Control: Implement 3-8 seconds betting delay and automatic betting lock/rejection during dangerous play.
- Data API & Auto-Settlement: Integration of a 100% subscription-free football data API. System must auto-fetch final scores and auto-settle payouts without manual intervention.
- Automated Wallet & Account History Ledger: Integrated payment wallet logic for auto deposits/withdrawals. Must include the complete "Account History Statement Overview" page (账户历史总览), displaying Transaction Status, Statement History, Credit Logs, and columns for Date, Bet Amount, Valid Bet, and Win/Loss records with date filters.
3. ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT CONDITIONS (NO MILESTONES)
- One-Time Payment: $500 USD will be released ONLY after 100% of the work is completed and verified. No partial payments.
