Location: Remote
We’re hiring a dedicated Klaviyo Technician to join our pod-based team structure and manage the technical execution for approximately 10 client accounts.
What you'll do:
• Campaign setup and scheduling
• Template configuration
• Segment creation and management
• Flow setup with conditional splits, trigger logic, filters, and timing delays
• Dynamic coupon code setup
• A/B test implementation
• Smart Send, UTM parameters, and scheduling configuration
• Deliverability setup and maintenance including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience in an agency environment
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Klaviyo features, limitations, and technical workarounds
• Ability to work independently from detailed written instructions
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Availability during EST hours with responsive async communication
• Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and tools

This is a purely technical, non-client-facing role focused on accurate execution, troubleshooting, and platform management within Klaviyo and related ecommerce tools.
What You’ll Handle
Klaviyo Responsibilities:
Campaign setup and scheduling
Template configuration
Segment creation and management
Flow setup with conditional splits, trigger logic, filters, and timing delays
Dynamic coupon code setup
A/B test implementation
Smart Send, UTM parameters, and scheduling configuration
Deliverability setup and maintenance including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
ESP migrations
Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
Additional Technical Responsibilities:
Coupon code setup in Shopify and WooCommerce
Recharge platform support and integrations
Alia pop-up integrations
Supporting additional technical tasks and learning new tools as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience in an agency environment
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong understanding of Klaviyo features, limitations, and technical workarounds
Ability to work independently from detailed written instructions
Strong written communication skills
High attention to detail and reliability
Availability during EST hours with responsive async communication
Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and tools
