What you'll do:

• Coordinating with vendors to confirm arrivals and setup.
• Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience coordinating large weddings (150+ guests).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• Looking for someone who can bring expertise and peace of mind to my wedding day.
