What you'll do:

• Navigate global distributor networks to secure electronic components and parts
• Manage component sourcing, procurement, and supplier negotiations
• Manage inventory levels and component availability
• Identify and avoid counterfeit components through proper supplier verification and sourcing practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturing partners
• 2. Manufacturing & Assembly Coordination
• Coordinate with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole assembly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
Nice to have:
• Technical or manufacturing background is an advantage
• Experience working with international clients and global teams is preferred
• Travel Requirement: Required

Sourcing Agent 2– China-Based (Electronics Contract Manufacturing)
We are seeking an experienced China-based Sourcing Agent with a strong background in Electronics Contract Manufacturing (ECM). ECM refers to OEMs outsourcing the production, assembly, and procurement of electronic products. By utilizing ECMs for global component sourcing and testing, businesses are able to scale production, reduce costs, and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Component Sourcing & Procurement
• Navigate global distributor networks to secure electronic components and parts
• Manage component sourcing, procurement, and supplier negotiations
• Manage inventory levels and component availability
• Identify and avoid counterfeit components through proper supplier verification and sourcing practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturing partners
2. Manufacturing & Assembly Coordination
• Coordinate with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole assembly
• Support production, testing, and quality assurance activities
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, delivery, and customer requirements
• Liaise between OEMs, ECM partners, and manufacturers throughout the production process
3. End-to-End Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Manage shipping, warehousing, and aftermarket services
• Optimize the supply chain to handle demand volatility and supply chain disruptions
• Monitor logistics performance and resolve operational challenges proactively
• Support production continuity and on-time delivery performance
Skills
• Proven experience in electronics sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of the ECM industry and global component distributor networks
• Experience managing shipping, warehousing, and logistics operations globally
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Technical or manufacturing background is an advantage
• Experience working with international clients and global teams is preferred
