Location: Remote
I have a collection of fragile, handwritten documents that must be preserved for the long term. My primary goal is preservation, so every page needs to be captured in high-resolution JPEG format with faithful colour, sharp focus and no loss of detail.
Because some pages contain sensitive personal information, secure handling is essential. I’ll provide the originals through a trusted courier, and I’ll need you to work on an encrypted drive, sign a brief confidentiality agreement, and confirm that any temporary files are wiped once the project is complete.
Please scan or photograph each page at archival quality, apply only minimal corrective edits (deskew, gentle contrast balancing) and deliver the individual JPEGs in a clearly numbered sequence. Roughly 200 pages are involved, and I’d like a small test batch first so I can confirm quality before you proceed with the remainder.
