We are a custom millwork manufacturing company looking for an experienced SWOOD consultant or freelancer to help us build a fully functional and organized SWOOD library for our engineering department.
What you'll do:
• Building and organizing a complete SWOOD library
• Developing reusable cabinet and millwork assemblies
• Configuring SWOOD design and manufacturing parameters
• Providing documentation and/or training for implementation
Requirements:
• Strong experience with SolidWorks and SWOOD
• Proven background building SWOOD libraries and automation systems
• Experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, or architectural woodworking
• Understanding of real-world manufacturing and installation processes
• Ability to create clean, scalable, and efficient library structures
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous work with commercial millwork manufacturers
• Experience integrating CNC workflows and machining logic

We are a custom millwork manufacturing company looking for an experienced SWOOD consultant or freelancer to help us build a fully functional and organized SWOOD library for our engineering department.
The goal of this project is to streamline our design and engineering workflow by creating a professional SWOOD environment with pre-configured hardware, materials, machining logic, and reusable components tailored to our manufacturing process.
♦ Scope of Work ♦
The selected freelancer will assist with:
• Building and organizing a complete SWOOD library
• Creating parametric hardware components including:
• Hinges
• Drawer glides
• Shelf pins
• Connectors and fasteners
• Locks and specialty hardware
• Setting up materials, edgebanding, and machining rules
• Developing reusable cabinet and millwork assemblies
• Configuring SWOOD design and manufacturing parameters
• Assisting with automation and workflow optimization
• Organizing library structure for easy use by our engineering team
• Providing documentation and/or training for implementation
