Meta campaigns for our physical products have suddenly gone off the rails. Cost-per-acquisition has doubled and, when I raise spend, the algorithm pours budget into the priciest ad sets instead of the ones that convert. Previous structures, objectives and creative formats that once worked now stall.
What you'll do:
• Broad audit of Ads Manager, pixel events, catalog settings and account history
• Create practical, step-by-step plan to lower CPA and lift conversions
• Steps we can implement immediately, plus a phased structure for scaling

What I need right now is a fresh pair of expert eyes.
You should already understand how Meta’s current delivery algorithm, Advantage+ features, Commerce Manager / Merchant Center feeds and Shop integrations interact, so you can tell me exactly where the bottlenecks are and how to fix them.
What we'd like you to do:
• Broad audit of Ads Manager, pixel events, catalog settings and account history
• Create practical, step-by-step plan to lower CPA and lift conversions
• Clear, simple explanation of what is happening inside our account to cause such chaos
• Steps we can implement immediately, plus a phased structure for scaling
Deliverables we're hoping for:
1. Written report (PDF or Google Doc) outlining findings and data-backed recommendations
2. A live walkthrough call (30–45 min) to ensure I understand the path forward
3. Action plan includes projected CPA targets and the metrics you’ll use to measure success
Important note: We are a very small business and do not have budget for a full-time agency retainer. We would like to establish an ongoing relationship for iterative optimizations (bi-monthly? quarterly?).
Please share one example where you cut CPA for an e-commerce brand and briefly outline the levers you pulled.
