Google Ads returns error code ending with 07 (commonly ORFGVEM07), meaning the transaction/payment is being blocked or declined.
What we already tried:
Around 19 different bank cards/accounts
Multiple banks from different countries
Different payment methods
Different browsers/devices
Billing profile adjustments
Despite all attempts, payments are still failing.
We are specifically looking for:
A freelancer from India experienced with INR manual payment Google Ads accounts
Someone who understands Google Ads billing/risk/payment systems deeply
Preferably experienced with:
