The star of the shoot is the expansive terrace: I want the sweeping views, comfortable seating areas, and lush plant life to come through vividly. Because the terrace truly shines as the sun sets over Elliott Bay, I need the filming scheduled for an evening golden-hour window. A few establishing shots of the building façade and the attached office nook will round out the story.
Deliverables are straightforward: a 60-90 second edited clip in 4K (plus the raw footage), color-graded for warm dusk tones and lightly mixed with ambient terrace sounds. If you already have a stabilizer, drone, or low-light lenses, mention it—those tools could make the results even better.
