Freelancer Client is hiring: GeM Marketplace Tender Assistance.
Location: Remote
I have registered my company under Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and now want to secure orders by actively bidding on tenders. To make this work I need complete, end-to-end support on the platform—from spotting the right opportunities to winning and fulfilling the order.
Scan the GeM portal daily, filter tenders that match my product catalogue, and flag only those that fit my eligibility criteria.
Prepare every section of the bid: technical specs, compliance sheets, past-performance declarations, pricing break-ups and any annexures the buyer requests. All documents must be formatted exactly as GeM prescribes.
Upload the bid on my seller account, monitor clarifications, submit responses, and guide me through online reverse auctions whenever they are triggered.
Once a tender is awarded, walk me through order acceptance, generation of CRAC, invoicing and timely dispatch so the transaction closes smoothly on the portal.
