I need a seasoned recruiter who can quickly present me with strong, interview-ready candidates for a full-time System Administrator position. What I expect from you
• A short-list of 3–5 qualified System Administrators, each with a concise résumé, key technical highlights, salary expectations, and earliest start date.
• Confirmation that each candidate is available for a permanent, full-time hire and has already expressed genuine interest in my opportunity.
• Your brief assessment notes covering core skills (Windows & Linux administration, scripting, monitoring, backup, security hardening) and soft skills (communication, troubleshooting, teamwork).
• Weekly progress updates—just a quick message so I know where the pipeline stands.
Acceptance criteria
A candidate will be considered a “fit” once they meet my technical bar in a 30-minute screening call and are willing to proceed to the final interview stage. Your work is complete once at least one such candidate is secured.
