Freelancer Client is hiring: Urgent ICD-10 Procedure Coding.
Location: Remote
I have a stack of recent patient encounters that must be coded for procedures right away so our claims can go out on time. Every entry already has complete clinical documentation; what I need is accurate ICD-10 procedure codes mapped to each service, double-checked for compliance, and returned in a clean, upload-ready spreadsheet (or entered directly into our EHR if you have remote-access capability).
Speed matters—I’d like the first batch in hand within 24 hours of project start and the remainder turned around continuously until the backlog is cleared. Absolute accuracy is just as important, so please plan to flag any documentation gaps and query me promptly rather than guessing.
