I want to create a fast-paced, cartoon-styled Rock-Paper-Scissors game in Unity that feels as lively and competitive as the old-school arcade fighters I grew up with. The core build must ship to WebGL/HTML5 for in-browser play, plus solid iOS and Android builds that pass store submission checks.

Requirements:

• Unity 2021 LTS or newer

• Netcode approach of your choice for mobile + WebGL (Photon, Unity Lobby/Relay, etc.)

• Clean, well-commented C# scripts so I can extend moves or add cosmetics later

• One-click export profiles for WebGL, iOS, and Android, each tested on real devices/browsers

• Complete Unity project folder with assets, scenes, and source code

Gameplay
The project needs both single-player and real-time multiplayer modes, each tracking wins, losses, and streaks through an in-game scoring system. Round results should trigger snappy win/loss animations, screen-shaking special effects, and upbeat sound effects with looping background music to keep the energy high.

Visual style
Think bright, cartoonish characters and arenas rather than gritty realism—bold outlines, exaggerated poses, vivid palettes. I will supply reference mood boards once we start, but I’m counting on you to handle the full 2D/3D art pipeline or to coordinate with an artist if you prefer.
