The building architecture is finished, but the drawing set still lacks the civil and layout component that ties it to the land in Lansing Michigan. Needs to be a licensed engineer in the state of Michigan with a stamp.
What you'll do:
• Locate the new industrial-style footprint exactly where the current building will be demolished, showing all required clearances.
• Tie the roof and surface drainage into the storm system already on site, documenting any new structures, inverts, or detention details that the reviewer will want to see.
• Show utility connections, fencing lines, and contractor yard access points that suit a multi-tenant industrial building.
