I am replacing an old structure on an existing parcel with a 14,400 sq ft, 10-unit contractor warehouse and need a complete site plan to move it through permitting. The building architecture is finished, but the drawing set still lacks the civil and layout component that ties it to the land in Lansing Michigan. Needs to be a licensed engineer in the state of Michigan with a stamp.
What you'll do:
• Locate the new industrial-style footprint exactly where the current building will be demolished, showing all required clearances.
• Tie the roof and surface drainage into the storm system already on site, documenting any new structures, inverts, or detention details that the reviewer will want to see.
• Show utility connections, fencing lines, and contractor yard access points that suit a multi-tenant industrial building.
