Here’s what I’m after:
• Dimensioned floor plan and elevations that optimise space and traffic flow
• Plumbing and fixture schedule with pipe sizes, fall requirements and clear AS 3500 notes
• Lighting and power plan showing compliant switch, GPO and IP-rated fitting locations (AS 3000)
• Brief material/finish palette that supports the minimalist aesthetic
• A concise compliance summary so my builder can lodge it with council if needed
PDFs for tender plus editable CAD (AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp) files are ideal. If you’ve delivered Australian-compliant residential wet areas before, I’d love to see a sample set. Let’s create a clean, code-ready package that makes construction straightforward.
