I require a complete rework and professional upgrade of our current Employment Induction Manual and related HR compliance documentation for Select Events Canberra Pty Ltd.
What you'll do:
• Review and redesign our current employment induction manual
• Ensure compliance with ACT Canberra legislation and Secure Local Jobs Code requirements
• Improve structure, formatting, professionalism, and readability
• Develop supporting workplace procedures and systems documentation
Requirements:
• Documentation must align with ACT Government procurement expectations
• Policies should be professionally written in Australian HR/legal terminology
• Experience with WHS, Fair Work, labour hire, or government tender compliance is preferred
• Final documents should be editable in Microsoft Word format

I require a complete rework and professional upgrade of our current Employment Induction Manual and related HR compliance documentation for Select Events Canberra Pty Ltd.
This project is required to address compliance feedback received under the ACT Secure Local Jobs Code assessment and Labour Relations, Training and Workplace Equity Plan (LRTWEP) review.
The current inductions and supporting documents will be provided; however, they require a full revamp, restructuring, and expansion to meet ACT Government procurement and compliance expectations.
Scope of Work:
• Review and redesign our current employment induction manual
• Ensure compliance with ACT Canberra legislation and Secure Local Jobs Code requirements
• Improve structure, formatting, professionalism, and readability
• Add detailed HR procedures, policies, and compliance sections
• Develop supporting workplace procedures and systems documentation

Labour Relations, Training & Workplace Equity Plan (LRTWEP)
Employee consultation procedures and evidence framework
Grievance and dispute resolution procedures
Workplace Health & Safety procedures
Workforce security and employment compliance measures
